If you are looking for web based link checker then this is the best one available. It can deep crawl your website and check for broken links. But it takes a long time to check even a 100 page website.
It only checks for 404 Hyperlinks, it can’t check for broken images or any other links like Xenu can do.

Here is one of the great web based checker from W3C. It can also check your entire site with a click and it is ever faster than dead links. It gives a nice little summary at the end.
