I have opened an image in the Photoshop shown below.

 
I need to flip this image. To do so go to Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Horizontal. Shown below.

 
This will flip your image horizontally.

 
You can also flip image vertically by click on Flip Canvas Vertical in the Image > Rotate Canvas Menu.
